30 Day Return and Refund Policy

Within 30 day of purchase, we can offer refunds on unopened products in their original condition.  

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot refund or accept returns on any international orders.

If your product is lost in-transit (verified by tracking), we can certainly refund your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us and providing a tracking number.

So the return process goes smoothly, please follow these directions:

1) Please contact us to initiate the refund.

Include the following information on the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your order number (look on Gorilla Mind invoice)
  • Your order date
  • The items that you would like to return
  • Reason for your return

We will email you back and confirm (or decline) your return.

2) Prepare your package to return to us.

Include the following information within your return package:

  • Your name
  • Your email address that you placed the order under
  • Your order number (look on Gorilla Mind invoice)
  • Your order date
  • Reason for your return

This will help us match your returned package to your order.

3) Mail the package with a tracking number to –

(MAKE SURE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER - THIS IS YOUR PROOF OF RETURN!)

Once you get your tracking number, please send it to us via email so we are aware your package has been shipped back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​Feel free to contact us, but we cannot process refunds until we have received your returned package.
